When you purchase a policy from Warranty Shop you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt of your policy documents and receive a full refund

If, however, there is an occasion when you feel they have not provided the service you expect please tell them about it, so that they can do their best to solve the problem.

Bookings made by telephone are deemed to be made when confirmed by a Warranty Shop call centre operator.

Payment

Payment for a booking is made through Direct Debit on a monthly basis. We cannot accept credit cards or cheques

All prices are quoted in pounds Sterling including IPT (Insurance Premium Tax).

Cancellation

If you decide this policy does not meet your needs you may cancel within 14 days and receive a full refund
