Bookings through our websites are deemed to be made when validated on the website.

Bookings made by telephone are deemed to be made when confirmed by a Warranty Shop call centre operator.

Payment for a booking is made through Direct Debit on a monthly basis. We cannot accept credit cards or cheques

All prices are quoted in pounds Sterling including IPT (Insurance Premium Tax).
