Making a claim
Warranty Shop claims are managed by Direct Group Limited who have been appointed by the insurers as the administrator for this insurance. They will collect your monthly premiums and answer any questions you may have about the cover. They will also handle any claim you need to make.
Direct Group Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority, and entered on its register under number 307332. For details of authorised firms visit the FSA website on www.fsa.gov.uk/register/.
Claims Procedure
Before any work is undertaken you must telephone the administrator on 0844 412 4067, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm excluding bank holidays with details of the breakdown. Note that failure to advise us of any repairs may invalidate your claim
Please have the following information to hand:
- The make, model and serial number of the appliance.
- When and where it was purchased together with evidence of the original purchase price.
- What the problem is and when it was noticed.
